WOODLAND COVE IS CURRENTLY UNDER CONSTRUCTION AND HAS EXPERIENCED SOME DELAYS.

Woodland Cove is a new rental community offering affordable one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments through a lottery process for eligible households. If your household's gross annual income is at or less than the amount shown below for your household size, then you may qualify for a rental rate that matches your income level.

Please note the color of each row. The color of your AMI corresponds to the same color on the Maximum Income and Monthly Rent Charts. For example, if your income is at or less than the amount shown in the blue row for your household size, then you are eligible for the rental rates shown in the blue row on the Monthly Rent Chart below. Please contact us if you have any questions about your eligibility for affordable apartment rentals.

Applications will also be available soon at the “Take One” box near the property sign at 3102 Cranberry Highway.
